“My Buck General knife arrived with a 5mm circle mark on the pommel. I contacted Buck Uk with a polite E-mail asking them to inspect their knives before they despatch them to the customers. Although offered an exchange they failed to take my point and said it is part of the manufacturing process ( which it is not). I have had three previous Buck knives and been satisfied with their quality and value. Having got nowhere with the UK office. I am now speaking directly to quality control in the USA.”
“I have had the slightly smaller black handle version for about 15 years, and it is still as usable and gorgeous as when I first got it. I wanted something a bit larger, so opted for the 120 General. I was worried it might be less well built but it is just as well made as ever. My only slight issue is the wood handle and gold finnish isn't quite to my taste. But that doesn't detract from its top quality build. A great hunting knife that won't let you down”
“The item was great however the packing was really very poor and the box arrived completely squashed, which was a shame as it was a gift and it would have looked nicer had the box not been destroyed.
