“Overall Brooks has good product at a reasonable price however I find some of the staff to be a barrier to using the store. There’s a little clique with the counter staff that is just rude. Little side jokes between themselves, really bully boy behaviour. They don’t acknowledge you as a customer, you are more of a hindrance to their coffee breaks. They don’t have a clue how to use the computers, and when something goes wrong you are left standing without any explanation. Could do with a clean out and a more modern approach to Customer Service.”
