“I absolutely adored this products predecessor, and was gutted when it was discontinued. I much preferred the gel aspect, it glided on so easily and absorbed perfectly. I havent mastered putting this on a damp face or the correct amount to use. Sorry to report that sadly, I am not enjoying this new version. I hate the pipette, the previous pump dispensed exactly the correct amount for me and I enjoyed using it. It really will be down to personal preference on this one.”

Hello, we're sorry you're unahppy with the new packaging, as a brand we're very concious of the enironmental impact of plastic which is why we are trying to use glass with a pipette as an alternative to plastic bottles. The serum doesn't have to be applied to damp skin, applying products to damp skin simple means you're locking in a little extra water to aid with hydration, but there is plenty of water in the formula and so you will still see excellent results by applying to dry skin. Sorry to hear this, please try using the serum on damp skin rather than dry skin, this will give the serum extra water to hold and push in to the skin, you can then follow with your favourite moisturiser.
