Hello Julie, thank you for your feedback, we're so pleased to hear your skin is looking brighter. We see from tracking you receive your product roughly a month ago, it's going to take longer than this to fade discolouration and so we wouldn't expect you to see results this soon, please do continue using your acid and ensure you use an SPF daily and you should start to see results.

“I have scares on my body from an accident and stretch marks which I am self-conscious about, but after a month of using the glycolic acid two-three times a week I have noticed a difference in reduction. Amazing product that I 100% recommend if you have a similar situation.”

Hello Asha, results can depend on many different factors, your skin complaint, the products you use daily, lifestyle. As you have only had the product a few weeks, you wouldn't expect to see dramatic results, skincare is all about progression. “I love this product for 3 reasons 1. Smells amazing 2. Spreads easily, a little goes along way 3. It works. I was originally looking for a high percentage wash but got this to try as the correct percentage for my needs and couldn't find a wash but it's a winner and I will order again”
