“The suit itself was perfect for my son. However his birthday was January 30th, and the first suit was received torn. I was asked for several pictures on numerous occasions, as well as pictures of packaging. This is very understandable, however I was asked to send pictures four times. I went above and beyond what I should have been asked to do. The first suit did not arrive until February 13th which is well past his birthday. After 2 weeks of going back and forth, they are finally shipping another suit. The new suit was shipped on March 2nd, and as of yet we have not received the suit to provide any further reviews. My suggestion going forward is to ensure there are no damages before shipping and please ensure that you ship on the day you say you will. My son should not be waiting on one of his birthday gifts will into the month of March.”
