You can also use them with any wraps. They’re a little difficult to figure out, at least for me, but once you get the hang of them or develop a solid method for wrapping with them, they’re one of the best pieces of equipment you’ll use.
For sizing, unless you have really small hands, go for the large. I have medium hands. In most brands, when I go medium it’s usually perfect, however, I have these in both medium and large and I prefer the large. There’s not too much of a difference, but guard feels less constricting.”
