“Excellent support for two hour runs. This is the only run bra or firm support bra I feel fully supported in for longer runs. I still use another shock absorber crop top over the top for extra compression. I find the shoulder straps slightly too long, usually wear on shortest setting but in the past I've had to cut and shorten them. True to size but I find there is a little too much volume of fabric in the top of the cup, they're made for a 20 year old I think! I find this with any full cup bra though and wear half cup balcony bras for everyday for this reason or there is too much fabric at the top of the cups. With this run bra I make a triangle shaped dart in the centre top which makes the cups less full at the top for flatter breasts, to get a firmer fit in that area. It's not difficult to get into. Every other run bra I've tried offers less support and most are impossible to put on or get off when wet without assistance, so Shock Absorber wins hands down on that too. Less chafing than other bras due to the ultra firm fit. When the bra starts to chafe under the arms/at the sides it just means the elastic has reached the end of its life and the bra need replacing. When new, these bras will keep you running in comfort for hours, even when wet, with no painful chafe!”

“V comfortable, no seams in the inside, catch at back is ok to fasten even for me and I am not v flexible in the shoulder. Best bra I’ve found for running”

“Need to get your right size to get full benefit of this outstanding run bra. Been wearing these for about 14 years which includes many races of varying distances and 8 marathons. Supremely comfortable, wicking and supportive. Recommed using bodyglide or similar non friction cream under front band on very long runs to prevent sweat rubs. Normally wear 34C but was recommemded to try 32D which was too small and uncomfortable to had to return. Refund nice and prompt thank you. Will re-order my usual size soon.”

“Unfortunately, I couldn't get it on. Ordered my usual size and was rather surprised and disappointed. I couldn't see how I would have done it up at the back, had I been able to get it on, either.”
