“I was so pleased when the waffle robe arrived in the mail! The colour, fit and style were all perfect. The problem is the actual fabric: every time I wear it (and I am in my robe a lot) the threads within the weave snag on anything I come in contact with. After each wearing, I have to physically pull the threads to get rid of the snags and this is work...help!”
