“The slippers are of a lovely quality however they are too big. Fabric slippers in the same size fit comfortably. The brown paper bag with postal details on was only folded at the end and not fastened. The slippers could have easily fallen out en route.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we're sorry that not everything was 100% perfect. Our paper mail sacks should be firmly sealed so I'm not sure if somehow it came unstuck in transit but we'll take extra care to make sure all packages are properly fastened.
