“Never received the order - despite apparently Royal Mail apparently delivering the slippers, but seeing as the packaged was not sent via tracked mail it's impossible to see what happened to the item or where it got to. Called Bohenmia customer service who washed their hands of the matter and basically said it wasn't their problem. I had to call and put in a complaint to Royal Mail myself, give all the details, and still waiting for the outcome weeks later. As the cusotmer I shouldn't have to be the one chasing this or putting in a refund request given I am not the seller or the person who paid for their service in the first place. I cannot comment on the item quality as I never received it in the first place. Pretty shocking customer service so won't be ordering again for this company. Pretty shocked at the way this has been handled. Just poor in every way. If they treat their customers like this going forward I'm not sure this business will last given the customer service in most other online businesses is 100% better.”
