“It's a fun colour, although if you mix it with the lightweight Shockproof as recommended, the combination of red and blue just goes brown sadly. Two bottles of this is the perfect amount to fill a 5 speed gearbox despite the capacity being listed as two litres.”

“Used this alongside Red Line Lightweight Shockproof 75w-140 GL5 Differential Oil in my 5 speed gearbox and it's silky smooth. Great stuff.”

“Best gear oil on the market. Used for a gearbox service on my MK1 as well as replacement of the shifter turret oil when replacing the shift boots and the gearbox feels like new.”

“Not keen on this at all. Had a 5spd and bought a 6spd, that I had refurbed. Fitted the 6spd with an ACT clutch and a lightweight flywheel. All ordered from here. After bedding everything in, in the correct fashion, went on a road trip from Brighton to wales. Safe to say, my new GB is ruined, possibly the clutch and flywheel. Never had any issues just using the standard gear oil. Put this in and now facing a whopping bill. Might be an isolated incident, but I’m not sold at all.”

“I have a mk1 1.8 with a quickgear shifter that was a bit rough on the changes...added this on the turret and now shifts smooth ! Nice product !”
