“The actual coat is gorgeous, However you sent a Medium by mistake and it was to big for me so i had to send it back. I will order a small at some point probably in a different colour but i needed it for the following weekend so havent bothered reordering yet. Did cost £12 to send it back, but you have agreed to refund this payment aswell, so overall i feel i would still continue to order from Blakely as i do love the quality of the clothes. I would say stay true to size. Im a size 10 and the medium was slightly too big even with a jumper underneath.”
