“This has been a nightmare. Not impressed at all with the customer service and can't review the item as it has been lost by Royal Mail. Despite it being clear after a few days it had been lost I had to wait a further 7-8 days so they can confirm it had been lost by RM (something we already knew).
At this time a replacement was sent out, however I had to choose another colour (2 options in the size required) as the one my wife had picked was out of stock.
I requested a new item sent out and the original order to be cancelled.
Really what should have happened is a replacement item put to one side ready to be sent out.
Also spoken with numerous different members of staff, be nice to have had 1 point of contact instead as it feels like you are passed around a lot.
Quality of the replacement item is good, just not what my wife had chosen and overall experience let down and probably won't order again or recommend.”

Some reviews say they do mark quite easy , I have a mark to mine too but this hasn’t put me off buying more items .Ive just started adding more to my collection and would rather pay more for this quality over other other brands .”
