“Dechra Porus One kidney support is brilliant and l believe this has helped my cat such a lot since being diagnosed 15 months ago with CKD. She licks it with gusto and her appetite has improved so much and has put on a little weight. Ruby will not eat the food designed for kidney patients but l think Porus One from the Black Cat Company has helped Ruby enormously. Also buying from this company is the best value as one has the fee add on treats which is perfect to mix with the Porus one sachets. I personally will always buy from the Black Cat company great customer service, being able to speak with an advisor is essential. Thankyou very happy and would recommend totally as the delivery is very quick so no worries about running out of Ruby’s meds”

“Y Vet recommended Porus One for my cat who has diabetes type 2. My cat is fussy but he is ok to have one sachet daily as recommended by the Vet. Porus One is easy to be administered to my cat as I missed it with one sachet of Lick- e - lix cream .”

“I started giving Porus One to my 16-year old cat with stage 3 kidney disease and I have seen an improvement in her clinical symptoms (i.e. her appetite is much better now and her vomiting almost completely stopped). I usually mix it with Add One treat which I find absolutely amazing (rich in omega-3, yet a relatively low calorie treat). Overall, I am quite happy with both. However, I find the product to be a bit expensive, especially given that there are other, more reasonably priced supplements for CKD on the market (like Pronefra, which is supposed to limit toxin levels in the body as well, but also contains a phosphorous binder).”

“I purchased this on the advice of my vet. I mix it in sometimes with his food and sometimes with his treats. I've found it is all eaten. Time will tell if it's helping as have got a vets appointment end of Feb to check progression I kidney disease. Only negative is I find the sachets of the porus one fiddly to open”
