Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

I am hopping to wright a good review.BUT we have not started to give pills to our cat teddy we are hopping the pills from you will do him good as the last lot we bought [same as we got from you] they came from some one on the but cant find them now.Teddy has a problem with passing wee he has a bodyweight of 6kg he is not fat he is a big boy. We give him 2 pills a day in the morning we did try giving 1 pill a day but he had problem with only 1 pill so we give him 2 pills every day.would be nice to get a reply from you as to what you think.We started giving them to him after it cost us £875.00 at the vets john & mary finn

Lack of communication. They did not inform me that there was a problem with my order, and until I emailed them chasing my order, which had not arrived, they did not inform me that anything was wrong. Unfortunately as I needed the item urgently, and it was going to take an extra week, I had to cancel. I did receive my refund quite quickly, but they should inform customers when something is wrong. I would hesitate to use them again!!!!.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a halti, which i measured as per the chart but, when recieved, was too small around the muzzle. Requested a return, received rather rude email telling me the item would have to be seen by a team, and any refund would be minus p&p (not great, but ok) and to fill in attached form, which wasnt attached. Emailed back to ask for attachment, was emailed same thing again, also without attachment. Have since given up. Would not use again and would not advice anyone else too either. Very disappointed.
