Strong aromas associated with the variety, fruity with a granite-dry experience. Huxelrebe is made from riper grapes that often have Muscat-like aromas, giving it a tartness similar to rhubarb. This wine boasts high acidity levels alongside aromas of rhubarb, apricot, honey and spice.
