A Demi-Sec sparkling white floral to the nose, aromatic with sweet green apple undertones. Made by the traditional method with specifically selected grapes from some of the oldest vines in Kent. Biddenden’s sandy-loam over clay soil and maritime climate, coupled with modern winemaking techniques, all help to produce this classic fruity Demi-Sec wine.
