Tasting Notes Good structure with a clean finish and attractive bready, baked notes. Intense and supple, this is clean, fresh and has depth. Made by the traditional method with Pinot Noir, Reichensteiner and Scheurebe. Glass of Bubbly 2022 Trophy Winner in the Hint of Spice category.  " Mineral driven aroma with white and black pepper. Flavours of lemon, lime, pear and a long finish with a touch of white and black pepper." Winemaker Notes Pinot Noir is one of the primary varieties used in sparkling wine production. It prefers a cooler climate and needs to remain on the vine long enough to capture the aromatics and fruit flavours. Reichensteiner was bred in Germany in 1939, it is mainly grown in Germany, England and New Zealand. Scheurebe is a crossing of Riesling and Bukettrebe and is one of the popular aromatic varieties.
