“Thank you Seatrek for a fantastic week on the learn to sail holiday. Weather was good, boats were good and really well set up. All the instructors were very friendly and approachable. Allways good crack and up for a laugh. We had Barry, he was great. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of sailing and navigation, and where to get the best cup of coffee from. He liked the odd brew. He did well to get us 2 numpties through the week. We had a good week with him. Thanks for that Barry. Will return for another holiday deffo. Thanks also to uk staff Mark for making it happen after being postponed 3 times due to covid, then allowing a name change at very short notice due to my missis having an accident and was unable to come. Would reccomend.”

“We had a great time on our learn to sail holiday. Our skipper, Shirly, was very helpful, she explained everything thoroughly and we had fun sailing with her. The location is ideal for learning. Its a protected bay with a variety of anchoring points. Everyday after sailing there was plenty of time to visit scenic beaches around the island. The yachts are clean and well maintained. Lixouri is a nice little town with many restaurants walking distance from the marina. I do recommend the learn to sail holiday and I will be coming back again.”

“Completed Skipper course at Lixouri. Sea Trek was very well organised. Shirley our instructor was friendly, knowledgeable and calm, put you at ease to ask questions, and successfully completed ICC training. Would recommend.”

“One of our favourite every holidays. I’ve always wanted to learn to sail, and although we were beginners, Shirley was fantastic at putting us at ease and explaining things step by step. There were four of us taking the skipper course, but it didn’t seem rushed and we all had ample time to try the required manoeuvres. The beach club at Paliki made a fantastic haven after a days sailing. Thoroughly recommended.”

“From the ease of deferring 2020 into 2021, pre holiday planning and information to the final goodbyes this was a top notch outfit all the way through! Mark was so helpful helping us navigate the ICC course and our last minute request to add on time at the Paliki beach club after the learn to sail (definitely recommend this!). The on site team led by Shirley was friendly, welcoming and shared all sorts of local knowledge to enable us to make the most of Lixouri. Learning to sail was great fun for all 4 of us and “Barry Barry Barry” was cool calm and collected throughout, while entertaining us with maritime anecdotes. The beach club proved a hit with the teens and a relaxing time for the parents. Anastasia running the pool bar a particular highlight. Food everywhere was terrific and we are already planning next year! Thanks Trek Adventures for lifting the summer of 20201!”

“What an amazing week - Trek Adventures have made our journey to becoming qualified skippers a joy - the calm assuring guidance from Mick was just fantastic - he is an amazing teacher - the perfect balance of being interesting and informative but at same time giving us the space and ultimately the trust to handle the boat ourselves and learn a new skill. “Just returned from a fantastic Learn to Sale week. Our instructor Shirley was just brilliant and very patient with us. Nothing was to much trouble. Spending time anchored off the most beautiful coast line was, as one of our group would say, Zen. Kefalonia is stunning and we will definitely be back with Trek in some capacity next year”

“1 week learn to sail, 1 week flotilla. Fantastic. Very good training, perfect sailing conditions, very well maintained boats, friendly and competent team and beautiful landscapes. Can't find any negative point.... Perfect holidays to become independent on a sailing boat. Thanks again and fair winds !!!!”
