“If you want a holiday balanced with equal measures of activity and chill look no further. Welcoming hotel staff make you immediately feel like you are part of the family. Stunning views overlook a beautiful quiet bay with fairly consistent wind, little through sea traffic and no tides! We loved the selection of boats tacked up and ready to go. My husband is an experienced sailor and enjoyed the freedom such a large open bay gave him. I’m a relative novice and took the RYA level 1 course. All the instructors are professional and energetic but above all are great fun to be around. But I must single out Jake for his outstanding instruction. 2 days after passing my course I had the confidence to enter the weekly regatta and finished 2 laps without capsizing which was a real confidence boost for me. The food is delicious and plentiful and the whole holiday was excellent value for money. We will be back next year.”

“We booked with Lixouri Beach resort specifically to learn to WingFoil. Much correspondence beforehand to ensure this would be the case. On arrival it was less clear our requirements were understood in resort. However Alicia Beach Manager conveyed our concerns and the next day all was sorted. We had a great instructor in Jake plus Toby in the rib throughout the week to offer advice and encouragement. We achieved more than expected because of these guys and unlimited access to new equipment. On the sailing side and social side Ben stood out with his knowledge and sense of fun - a great asset too for Trek. All of the beach crew go out of their way to know who you are and are on hand to lift and carry whatever you need. I think this sense of service is driven by the resort manager Gary who instills this into the team. Family run Hotel faultless - Good food, clean room and communal areas, and welcoming family who can't do enough for you. Highly recommended.”

“Our week at Luxouri Bay Beach Club was sublime - and such fun! The welcome from Giota and the hotel team was so warm, and extended to kindness and generosity throughout the week. The food was delicious, and the range was perfect for a week. The beach team couldn’t have worked harder to get us all on the water. The tuition was first class - and super inclusive for new and nervous sailors. The beach was beautiful and very clean. The booking process was first class, and the price is just right. It’s amazing what comes with the package. Thank you - we will be back next year.”

“Excellent half term week with the wonderful Lazeratos hotel & Trek beach staff at Lixouri Bay Beach Club. From fantastic home-cooked Greek vegetarian meals to organising our transfers Yota & her family at this small and friendly hotel couldn’t have been more helpful & accommodating. The Trek team under the guidance of Gary, Alissia & Jake were efficient, helpful & excellent. The watersports team were universally brilliant, patient & excellent mentors. My children gained massive confidence in their sailing ability. Huge thanks to Ben S, Ben P & Kieron for their sailing coaching. Rupert & Luke on work experience were fantastic & had a great affinity with the kids. As did Jack, Megan & James. My children loved the kids activities. An excellent week & we are considering a return! Thank you”
