“Thank you to all the staff for a fantastic week. It is a very relaxed atmosphere where nothing is too much of a problem. A perfect environment for kids and adults to learn how to sail and the scale of the place made it a personal experience we all felt part of.”

“What a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for a regimented list of activities like some of the other well known companies then this isn’t the holiday for you. However if you’re after a relaxed, laid back vibe with a passionate team of instructors that know their stuff with the added addition of having the flexibility to do what you want pretty much when you want with someone always on hand to give useful advice and tips, then this is the holiday for you. It’s not a completely polished experience but that’s why we loved it. The family that run the hotel are super hospitable and friendly, the beach team knowledgable and friendly and the beach and location is just perfect for water sports. It feels personal and intimate. The beach bar is just lovely too. Thank you team Trek - we had the most AMAZING time and having tried other larger companies we are now true converts to the Trek experience!”

“Had the most fantastic week in Lixouri. The hotel owners are so friendly - they can't do enough for you - while the beach team are full of fun, very encouraging and by the end of the week we had a family of sailors and wind surfers! Can't wait to go back! Must also add that Trek were very communicative when dealing with our queries and we were confident that everything had been taken care of.”

“We loved our fortnight in Lixouri (3 years in a row now). Great for adults and children alike. The beach team are happy, friendly and always willing to teach. They are fantastic at encouraging the kids to sail. The Hotel team are wonderful. Highly recommended holiday!”

“Had an absolutely amazing holiday with Trek. As a family of 4 with 2 daughters aged 12 and 14 we completed the learn to sail flotilla and a week at Lixouri beach club. The team on learn to sail we’re great with the tuition very personal and flexible. At Lixuori, the beach club owners couldn’t be any nicer. The hotel is wonderfully small and the kids had plenty of friends to hang out with. The trek team on the beach we’re also great with lots of water sport to wear everyone out. See you again next year.”

“2nd stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel family are so welcoming and the beach staff manage to get the perfect balance between being there to help you with instruction and just letting you get on with it.”
