“Thank you Trek-we had an amazing week at Lixouri beach club, beach was stunning, hotel was super friendly and clean and all the Trek boys and girls were lovely, a fabulous introduction to sailing and wing surfing. Made for a great social week away. The kids are desperate to come back so hopefully see you next year.”

“We stayed at the Lixouri Bay beach club last July. Fantastic in all respects. Lovely little hotel run by extremely friendly and helpful staff, a family feel. . Great service, food, lovely restaurant and bar etc. We had a studio which was much bigger than we expected, and very comfy. The beach is amazing, great views, walks along the beach, beach bar. Good staff on the beach. Exceptional customer service at Trek HQ....due to covid travel restrictions last year we had to chop n change dates. Nothing is too much trouble. Neither my husband or I could fault this company and the hotel in any way.”

“Our fifth trip with Trek and that doesn't include the learn to sail and bare boating holidays we've done with them! It's so good we almost want to keep it secret but that would be selfish :D The beach teams are always lovely but in 2022 really excelled themselves. Jake, Lauren, Jess, Zoe, Eli, James and Bailey were all so helpful, friendly and positive and it's also great to see them loving their jobs - and who wouldn't! The support staff at Trek area unfailingly helpful and they're all very committed to delivering good customer service. There was a bit of an issue with our booking this year and the effort they made to put this right for us was really appreciated and made us continue to feel valued as customers. The hotel staff at The Lazaratos are also amazing! As is the food - don't go if you're trying to be good as the delicious options just keep coming! In terms of equipment my husband is a keen windsurfer and sailor (and I just keep trying to learn!) and he is always impressed with the quality of the kit and how much is invested in it each year. Our only recommendation this year would be to extend the morning session to 1pm and start the afternoon session at 2.30pm as the morning just went by a little too quickly. Would we recommend? Well I think by the comments you can see that we absolutely would albeit reluctantly as we'd like it to stay the relaxed, informal, friendly and uncomplicated holiday destination that it is. “We had an amazing time at Lixouri Beach. The facilities, range of equipment and above all the staff were exceptional. There is a wide range of sessions from beginner to advanced for all ability levels. The staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and encouraged our family every step of the way. The sailing area is constantly monitored, and it was lovely seeing the younger family members of all the guests being free to explore and experiment on the water, feeling totally independent, but knowing that assistance was only moments away if needed. The hotel is for use exclusively by Trek Adventures holiday makers, giving a cosy family feel making it easy to get to know the other guests really well, and the hotel team were so friendly and helpful. I really can’t recommend it highly enough - an amazing holiday, and we hope to head back soon!”

“Great value beach club holiday, we loved it, Trek staff were welcoming and helpful, went out of their way to make our holiday a good one. We are a family of experienced dinghy sailors who want to get out there when the wind gets up … my experience is that others (MW, Ocean Elements, Neilsen) close the beach if it gets windy, Trek didn’t . They arranged for us to spend a day at their other centre nearby so we could wing foil. Well done team Trek! Likewise for the Greek run Apolafsi Hotel (Paliki beach Club), they looked after us very well … good food, always a smile and helpful, thank you.”

“The relaxed yet enthusiastic staff & set up created a perfect holiday atmosphere! The beach provided so much space so you feel you could join in at any point or just relax and watch the children learning their new skills …. Sailing, windsurfing, winging, kayaks, paddle boards .. everything for the perfect variation for a week on the water. The family run hotel combined with the Trek crew made the best combination. The food was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend and 100% revisit!”
