As stated in our terms and conditions, the delivery service is kerbside only, and drivers are unable to enter the property due to insurance restrictions. Unfortunately, we are not made aware of customers’ personal circumstances, which can limit the level of assistance the driver is able to provide. However, if we are contacted in advance, we will always do our best to liaise with the courier to see what additional support can be arranged.
