“This flooring is lovely, we love the texture which really adds to the overall classy feel! HOWEVER, beware when buying this that you need a special tool to install it! This is not mentioned on the website but only in wee fine print on the instructions. We had professionals install it and they've never seen anything like this before, and it is proving very difficult to install without the tool (which is very difficult to find).”
