“Looks beautiful down and the surface is very sturdy however the click edges are quite fragile and prone to break easily so the fitting takes considerably longer than certain other products.overall very satisfied though.”

“Upon having severe issues with the first order I received (boards wouldn’t interlock) I contacted the customer services and was greeted with a helpful and pleasant member of staff. It took a little longer than I’d hoped to resolve the issue, but we got there in the end and the replacement flooring went down without a hitch.”

When you raised this issue with ourselves, our technical department did investigate and came back to you in regards to the issues that you're having with the laying of your flooring. The technical adviser is currently out of the office until Monday, however, they are going to be in contact directly with yourself by telephone to discuss this further with yourself upon their return. “Looks great, Was really easy to lay,all sides clicked securely into each other " no gaps after 24 hours of finishing, unlike a B&Q laminate floor I had once!!! The packs are heavy so you don't want to keep moving them. Difficult to lift a box off the floor.”
