Hi Russell The tape is wrapped in bubble wrap inside the centre of the vinyl tube It can be quite difficult to see due to the way it is packed . You will need to reach into the tube to get it out as normally pack in quite tight. Please do not hesitate to contact our sales team if you ever have any issues with your order.
