We are sorry to hear that the colour wasn't as expected We do our best to provide great website images, these are included to represent how the product might look in a particular setting but there are so many factors that change how that same flooring might look in your home. A website image can appear completely different on one device/computer screen to another. The lighting on the lifestyle photo could be artificial lighting from a studio or it could be natural lighting from an actual installation.

The Halley 03 is a mix of Golden, Greys, Neutrals, Silver, Whites and doesn't provide a description of a white background . White comes in many shade variations for example when you buy paint from a DIY store there are several shades of white to choose from

“The pattern was ideal and I would have loved to lay it on my kitchen floor. Unfortunately I have laminate flooring and I don't think it would have looked very nice and wouldn't do the product justice. I am disappointed.”
