“Beautiful flooring & great quality
I would change your delivery company though. The delivered my flooring to my front garden & left it.I was in all day & not once did they ring my doorbell.I watched them on my ring bell taking a photo & driving off.Luckily my son was home as there was no way I was able to lift it inside. The weather wasn't great & as the wrapping was burst in 2 places this could have damaged my flooring if left outside”

The delivery is a krebside service which means they are unable to bring the order into the property however they should obtain a signature. Thank you for making us aware of these issues and they have bene raised with the courier. We hope you enjoy the flooring and to welcome you back for any future projects
