“Hi .. we are very disappointed as the colour is nowhere near the same as the exact flooring we had put down four years ago. We had a new kitchen and needed to patch the floor in a few places as it's so expensive to replace it all, so we thought we'd try and save some money but it will probably cost us more as it is far too pinky and not grey like our original one. How can they be so different.? Can I get a refund if I send then back please”

LVT flooring is manufactured in batches therefore shading from 4 years ago will be different to flooring ordered 4 years later. This is similar to say wallpaper that has a batch number when you buy it. Also as the flooring has been installed for 4 years over local environmental factors can also have an effect on the shade overtime. We recommend to order a sample before purchasing any flooring to ensure it is the correct shade for you.
