“Flooring 4 out of 5, delivery 0 out of 5. The flooring is almost fine - as expected, other than a slight kink in the middle due to the appalling packing and delivery. Problems included:
1) the outer wrapping mostly came off in transit risking marks
- the one mark eventually came off, but it could have been worse
2) the "parcel" got bent so much that the inner card/paper roll failed - hence the kink
3) it was a 4m length 45Kg parcel, and DX sent a 1 man team for delivery
- a fit 35 year old DX driver used to these things was OK with it, however,
- an unfit 60 year old customer is not, and should not be expected to assist
4) The Vinly did not arrive straight rolled - it was conical with
- the key unrolling end could not be made flush to the wall due to the conical roll
- in a restricted space a 4m long, 45kg, 30 SqM item is not easy to reposition
- whether this happened in preparation pre-dispatch or in-transit I will never know
5) Finally, it was rolled for delivery outside out, meaning it would naturally unroll inside up
- It should have been rolled outside in to naturally unroll outside up”

“Great flooring, I ordered a few samples which arrived quickly but chose this as it looks much better in reality than the photos. Felt backed good quality at a very affordable price, much cheaper than anywhere else for the same vinyl, paid to have it laid as it was for the living room and looks really good. Very pleased and arrived on the day requested with no problems, the delivery man was pleasant and helpful.”
