You sent an email to our sales team advising that the sample and the spray had not been received with your flooring. We responded to explain that these items are wrapped inside the centre of the vinyl tube. The spray is packaged in bubble wrap and can be difficult to see, so you may need to reach inside the tube to locate it.
We requested confirmation that the packaging had been opened and checked, but we have not received a response. Please could you reply to the sales team to confirm whether the packaging has been opened and thoroughly checked as requested?
