“Not sure what is going on ordered 6m x 2m of vinyl , just come to get a fitter to fit it and actually received 4m x 2m , a full 2m short, i was present when it was being fit so i know it’s not been cut too short . Obviously tried to ring and the office at Best 4 Flooring isn’t open open on saturday . I have no idea what i’m supposed to do i will have to pay the fitter and still left with my floor but down , shambles doesn’t just begin to describe it ♂️”
