The flooring I originally ordered ended up being out of stock and a delay of a few months, which was out of the company's hands as the flooring was made in Belguim and their was a shortage from the manufactures. So Wendy the customer service lady was so helpful, friendly and professional, went out of her way to help me order an alternative that would be delivered quicker as I'd just moved house and in the middle of having my bathroom done. She refunded my order straight away so I could then re-order a different flooring similar to my original order.

The delivery was quick too and the flooring is perfect that looks realistic like slate as we wanted.
