We are sorry to hear that there was a delay with your delivery. We use a third party courier service for deliveries and although we work hard to ensure that your order arrives safely and on your desired delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control this is not always guaranteed.
Unfortunately there was a problem at the couriers depot which resulted in the order being delayed. A notification was sent to the customers effected as soon as we were notified. Looking at the tracking details we can see that the order was delivered the next working day
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that was caused. I hope in spite of the delay that you are happy with your flooring and we hope that it has made a big difference to your room.
