We dispatch thousands of orders each week and, unfortunately, we are not automatically notified when a courier is unable to complete a delivery. We can see that you contacted us regarding the delay, and our deliveries team has been in regular contact with both you and the courier to investigate the issue and provide updates. The latest information from the courier is that your order is expected to be delivered tomorrow.
As outlined in our FAQs and Terms & Conditions, the delivery date selected is a preferred delivery date. We dispatched your order in line with your requested date; however, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic incidents, adverse weather, or courier staffing issues.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused While we do everything we can to ensure orders arrive on time, the courier operates as an independent third-party service, so we do not have direct control over their operations.
