“I was really pleased with the sample size you provided which was much better than other sellers. I'm very pleased with the quality of my flooring. My only dissatisfaction was with delivery, I waited in all day on the expected delivery date and no show. I'd rather pay more to receive my delivery on time. I have received many deliveries during covid times and DPD have never failed to deliver on time along with Amazon. Disappointed with delivery, hence 3 star.”
