Delivery by courierwas a bit disappointing -- tracking is on day of delivery and early on that day got message that item was loaded on vehicle at 7.52am and then out for delivery at 8am. No other info -- arrived at approx 12.30. We are only about 45mins from depot in Southampton and wasted time awaiting delivery. Approx time of delivery would have been useful.”
