“Always a risk buying based on the picture from the website without seeing or feeling the real thing but thankfully it's true to the description. Looks great, feels nice to walk on with a bit of cushioning and easily fitted myself as it's nice to work with and cut to size.
Now the bad bit. I paid extra for express delivery and B4F dispatched same day but sadly DX couriers failed to deliver as planned. I waited in all day as tracking showed item out for delivery as expected but nothing arrived, customer services said they scanned it out for delivery but "forgot" to load it on the van? When it did finally arrive it was damaged, B4F sent the vinyl roll in thin plastic wrap without anything to protect the vinyl so I ended up with 3 tears/holes in the outer layer of the roll, I was going to refuse delivery and request a return but had no time and was able to hide the damaged areas under the washing machine and fridge. Although the flooring is nice and price good I probably would not order from B4F again because of this high risk of damage in transit. Shame.”
“After being let down by one floor place and not having time to order samples, I took a chance on the flooring hoping it would appear the same shade irl and it did not disappoint. I love the colouring and the pattern and the quality is really great too. The size I needed was a little awkward to cut to size in the room it was needed in but theres nothing that could have been done to improve that. Very happy with the flooring and the delivery service was spot on (if not very pricey!)”
