“i PAID £30.00 FOR A NEXT DAY DELIVERY . IT DID NOT COME . I saw the email they sent saying it was coming a week later. I tried to call them and cancel,. I tried and tried and tried but nobody picked up the phone . I sent them emails and they never looked at them as I had the tracer on. The vinyl turned up but it was too late as we had to get another. I believe this company to be sharks. Do not use them . I now have £300 of vinyl that is lying wasted and cost the profit on the job.”

As per our e-mail thread, when ordering your vinyl you selected a delivery date for your item to be delivered.
The item was delivered on the date you requested and this was communicated to you effectively.
The £30.00 you paid for was a PRE-12 delivery service, which I can see was also adhered to.
