“The flooring was lovely but my order was £137 so didn't get free delivery if your order is £150 you get free delivery! So my total come up too £167 it doesn't make sense! And on their site it says it's £24 odd but they charged me £29.90”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Please see our delivery charge information, which is stated on our website and within our Terms and Conditions. For UK mainland deliveries of Sheet Vinyl Flooring and Carpet, the delivery charge is £19.95. Free delivery applies to orders of £499 or more. For all other products, including Laminate, LVT, and Porcelain, the UK mainland delivery charge is £24.95 for orders up to £149. Orders over £149 are charged £39.95 for standard delivery. Free delivery applies to orders of £999 or more. When your order was placed, an express delivery service was selected. This service carries an additional charge, resulting in a delivery cost of £29.90. Could you please advise where on our website you saw that free delivery is available on orders over £150? I have been unable to locate this information on our site and would appreciate it if you could point me to the page where it is displayed. Kindest Regards Best4Flooring
