“The flooring was lovely but my order was £137 so didn't get free delivery if your order is £150 you get free delivery! So my total come up too £167 it doesn't make sense! And on their site it says it's £24 odd but they charged me £29.90”

For UK mainland deliveries of Sheet Vinyl Flooring and Carpet, the delivery charge is £19.95. Free delivery applies to orders of £499 or more.
For all other products, including Laminate, LVT, and Porcelain, the UK mainland delivery charge is £24.95 for orders up to £149. Orders over £149 are charged £39.95 for standard delivery. Free delivery applies to orders of £999 or more.
When your order was placed, an express delivery service was selected. This service carries an additional charge, resulting in a delivery cost of £29.90.
Could you please advise where on our website you saw that free delivery is available on orders over £150? I have been unable to locate this information on our site and would appreciate it if you could point me to the page where it is displayed.
