“Hi, I emailed you to show you some dents/ marks on my flooring as it was being put down but had no reply. I had flooring from you for my hallway and was really impressed as was the fitter of the quality. However, this one is a lovely vinyl but for the small holes. The fitter put a bit of filling tipex in but I know they are there. I also sent pictures to you of the marks but no reply so will send them below.”
