“You charged an obscene extra charge when you pretended that NE Scotland is an 'extremity' - aye the oil capital of Europe is an 'extremity as is the royal castle at Balmoral in Royal Deeside! You sent a badly damaged roll of vinyl which I had to refuse, so no new flooring for xmas. You have failed to give me any communication about whether you are sending a replacement or refunding me including the obscene delivery over-charge. I am left in the dark, £230 poorer and none the wiser about if and when I will get this flooring. You are a disgrace. And that is what I will be declaring far and wide on social media as you deserve. If I could give -1 stars, I would!”
