I'm sorry you haven't received your samples yet - have you been in touch with our sales team regarding this so that it can be resolved?
As I am sure you are aware, there have been multiple strikes with Royal Mail recently and this is is likely to be the reason for the delay on your samples.
I have raised a replacement for this to be sent out again for you.
