“Great service, delivery on time and vinyl was exactly as pictured...almost. Background, which I thought was white, isn't....it's cream. Not a major problem, I can live with that although I would have appreciated a 'heads up' in the description. If it was there, I didn't see it, so it needs to be bolder. It's still very attractive. HOWEVER, after living with it for a week, the vinyl is proving itself to be extremely porous. From day one any scuff mark, muddy footprint becomes a stain which I am struggling, as yet, to remove. I'm using white vinegar, Bicarb, bleach cleaning products, a steamer & a scourer with limited success. Obviously I don't want to have to do this every day, and it may be that I have to rip it all up and start again. I have specialised cleaning products on the way, so we will see if that works. But dangerously close to 'not fit for purpose' I'm afraid, especially in the hight traffic area through the back door. It's brown (indelibly?) already! Such a disappointment because I like the look of it plus there's the expense of buying and costs of laying all over again.”
