“Absolutely love this! Feels lovely underfoot, not cold like our old vinyl, non slip. Lays beautifully in the bathroom and really gives it the wow factor. All arrived safely, although there were a few snags on the plastic covering it. As advised on their website, I took photos of these, unrolled the vinyl and checked it over. There was no damage but I'm sure if there was, they would sort it. Communication good and clear. Lovely quality”

We are thrilled to hear how much you like the flooring and how well its easy is was to lay. We are sorry to hear the plastic was snagged the warehouse work hard to wrap the flooring so it is as safe as possible during transport and delighted that it has prevented any serious damage. Whilst 99% of all orders arrive safely we cannot 100% guarantee due to courier transportation however if an order is received damaged we are more than happy to arrange a replacement or a partial credit if the flooring can be used.
