“First, a star for Best4Flooring: we ordered two samples and were pleasantly surprised when they arrived: they were a decent, useful size (A4). We'd ordered samples from other companies - more than one - before, and been frustrated to receive pieces the size of coasters: useless!
The flooring we chose stands out - in a good way - from the vast majority of vinyl floorings, which are so similar to each other. That's what we wanted . . . and that's what we got. High quality too.
Communication (by email) was timely, correct and contained helpful advice (which we followed).
The delivery company was also first class: punctual and helpful.
Oh and the flooring was well wrapped.

“Really good quality vinyl and supplied promptly. My only complaint is that the colour shown on the website is not accurate. The background looks to be almost white, where in fact it is definitely cream. This did not matter too much to us, but it could well be a problem for others.”

There are many factors that can affect how flooring looks in different homes, including lighting conditions and device screen settings. Lifestyle images may also be taken under studio lighting or natural lighting, which can alter the appearance of colour and tone.
For this reason, we always recommend requesting a free sample before placing an order, so you can be sure the flooring is suitable for your space and expectations.
