“Well, I am sure it is amazing and I very much still want the flooring. However, the delivery company tried 5 times to deliver it and managed to load it and unload it many times onto their vehicle…just never to my address! After 5 days of failed attempts and not knowing what condition the floor would be in it was returned to the company! Michelle was amazing at customer service and has put in a formal complaint to the delivery company. Weirdly, said company were able to deliver my matching pink tap the following week!
I may try again to order…but am very cautious to.”
