I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with the sample you received. We do recommend getting a sample as images on the computer can differ to the product in person. However, you're more than welcome to send an image of what you have received to our sales department on sales@best4flooring.co.uk and we'll be happy to take a look to make sure you've received the correct sample.
