Very abrupt and unprofessional when cancelling the order. Managed to get the same flooring £100 cheaper from untouchables in Glasgow and in stock. Would never recommend this company.”

This particular product we order in from Moduleo, and as soon as Moduleo informed us that this product was not currently in stock as they had incurred some issues with their UK stock, we informed you and did give you the option of waiting for the stock, or a refund on your order. You requested the refund which we processed straight away for you.
I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service you received, and I can only apologise that there was an issue with the stock.
