“I have already commented on the Surrey Flange in a previous review. My only comment on it was that it took over a week to come because it was out of stock. I was not told this when I did the above order. Interesting, when I phoned to confirm some technical details, I was told the immersion heater was the item out of stock. But she checked while I was on the phone and told me the immersion heaters had come in that afternoon and so BES would be able to fulfill the order. Shame, I did not know the same about the Surrey Flange. Fortunately, my job got delayed, o the late arrival of the Surrey Flange did not turn out to be an issue. I don't want to be overly critical as I think BES generally do a great job, in delivery and customer service.”
